Returns / Exchanges
Return window. Returns of new, unused products in original packaging must be requested within five (5) days of receipt. Contact Becker Aviation for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping any item.
No product may be returned without Becker Aviation’s prior written approval. Becker Aviation will only accept returned goods under the following conditions
Special orders and goods built to a customer's specifications cannot be returned.
Restocking fee. Approved returns of non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Right to Inspection. Returned goods are subject to Becker Aviation’s inspection and acceptance. Becker Aviation may, at its discretion, either (a) credit you for the amount paid for the returned items, (b) repair the returned items, or (c) replace one or all returned items within a reasonable time after Becker Aviation determines that the returned goods are not in accordance with these Terms, and in such event, Becker Aviation shall not be liable for any damages arising from the defective delivery or any delay caused thereby.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fifteen (15) days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping date(s) proposed by Becker Aviation constitute only an estimate. Your purchase order must specify a preferred carrier, or the order will be shipped by the best available method, with pre-paid shipping added to the invoice. Delivery of goods to a carrier at the Named Place (whether Becker Aviation’s warehouse or another agreed-upon location) shall constitute delivery.
Terms used shall be defined as in Incoterms 2010 Rules. Shipment of all products shall be F.O.B. point of distribution by Becker Aviation. Identification of the products shall occur when they leave Becker Aviation’s point of distribution, at which time title and risk of loss shall pass to you.
